My wife and I have been discussing the possibility of starting a lingerie buisness. We would like to begin online first to see how it goes, and branch out to a shop or store front later perhaps, depending on the result/profit. We are looking for knowledgable information as to how we would begin, what liscenses we would need, etc, to be legally sound, any contracts to protect ourselves and so forth, how to get a site up and running/ designed at the most cost efficient to ourselves, while maintaining a professional appearance, and being easy for potential customers to navigate.
We are also interested in where would be the best place online to order lingerie, games, toys, etc. for adults, in bulk/ wholesale at the best prices, with the most variety to choose from, and availability? Thanks for any input!

You need to pick a name for your company and go to the Ministry to register it….Therefore it’s a legal business.
Get some books from your library to find out what else you need before you can set up your business.
